Working Together
Partnerships
GaneshAID works collaboratively with governments, multilateral agencies, technical institutions, and implementation partners to strengthen programme delivery systems and support sustainable institutional transformation. The organisation prioritises partnerships that strengthen operational implementation, workforce performance, intelligence systems, and adaptive programme management.

- Digital platforms & tools — Co-designing interoperable mobile and web solutions.
- Operations & supply chains — Planning, forecasting, procurement and cold-chain management.
- Workforce performance & capacity building — Leadership development and coaching models.
- Equity & zero-dose — Identifying underserved populations and outreach strategies.
- Climate & resilience — Integrating early-warning modules and sustainable operations.
- Research, learning & advocacy — Generating evidence and advocating for system transformation.
Joint Initiatives
Examples of how we collaborate
Digital Micro-Planning
Projects integrating demographic data, cold-chain information and workforce schedules to improve service delivery.
Supply Chain Improvement Programmes
Ministries, donors and private logistics partners implementing Continuous Improvement Plans and optimising cold-chain equipment.
Workforce Coaching Models
Pairing ministry supervisors with GaneshAID mentors to enhance leadership and management practices.
Equity-Driven Outreach Campaigns
Using population-intelligence tools to identify zero-dose children and coordinate targeted vaccination rounds.
Climate-Health Integration
Co-developing risk-mapping modules within national systems and piloting solar-powered cold-chain solutions.
South-South Knowledge Exchange
Facilitating peer learning between countries on digital platforms, supply chain management and workforce performance.
Strategic Partners
Long-term commitments and joint accountability
Our strategic partners include ministries of health, national programmes, leading global health institutions and long-standing donors. These partnerships go beyond project collaboration; they involve shared vision, multi-year commitments and joint accountability.
Together we establish platforms and processes embedded in national systems and aligned with national strategies. Our partners value our integrative approach — digital innovation combined with operational strengthening and capacity building — and trust our track record of delivering measurable improvements.
Technical Excellence
Partners access GaneshAID's expertise in supply chains, digital systems, workforce performance and equity strategies.
Capacity Building
Programmes transfer knowledge and skills to national teams, strengthening local ownership and sustainability.
Integration & Scalability
Solutions designed to fit within existing systems and scale across programmes and geographies.

Real-time analytics, monitoring frameworks and learning hubs that inform policy and investment.
Success Stories
Joint efforts turning vision into outcomes
C2P & IntrEPID — Coaching to Performance
Partnering with the Ministry of Health's Directorate of Prevention, GaneshAID deployed C2P to strengthen supervisory practices and improve district-level health team performance. Senegal is building on this by adopting IntrEPID — integrating indicators across programmes to give managers the visibility they need to steer prevention activities more effectively.
Zero-Dose Learning Hub with Ministry & Gavi
A partnership with the Ministry of Health and Gavi supported the development of a zero-dose learning hub, combining implementation research and decision intelligence to target and reach zero-dose and under-immunised children.
Performance Management & Zero-Dose Outreach
GaneshAID worked with the Agence Nationale de Soins de Santé Primaire and the national immunisation programme to reinforce health worker capacity to notify and prioritise outreach to zero-dose communities. GaneshAID co-designed and implemented a performance management system optimised with a mobile coaching application.
STEP 2.0 — Supply Chain Leadership
In close collaboration with the National Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology, GaneshAID facilitated STEP 2.0 to reinforce the leadership capacity of public health supply chain professionals at national and provincial levels.
